Hey all, Not sure about all of you, but 2026 is off to a thrilling start as I share the news that I am officially a published author. My first book, JOYHeals, What if it Could be Easy? poured out of me last March and when it did I realized the book became the guide I needed to better help people navigate the workshops I have been leading for the past several years. I had been teaching this work in a more "meta" style at local public workshops, women's leadership retreats across the country, corporate lunch & learns in NY and CA, yoga retreats in the islands, and at privately curated events from bachelorette parties/weekends to a multi-hour event for a team of psychologists. I would like to think that most of us would willingly gravitate toward more joy if we only knew how. Well - JOYHeals is one way to try and figure it out. This book, is an interactive opportunity to look at your relationship with joy, what you were taught about it, how you may want to experience more of it and offers 15 areas to explore tactical ways to experience joy. Its my hope that JOYHeals changes the way we live, work, connect and lead. Here is the link to buy a paper copy. Each purchase gives you access to bonus content that you will discover as you work through each of the joy expressions. I will have digital copies back on sale soon. I hit some tech issues so those copies are still only available for purchase directly from me at the moment. If interested in a digital edition, please email me at Gabrielle@GabrielleGarofalo.com with the subject "JOYHeals digital edition" and I will respond back with a purchase link. If anyone wants to talk about hosting a lunch & learn, retreat day or weekend, corporate event or other type of experiential version of JOYHeals, that is where the magic really happens. Together we can curate a beautiful experience lasting from 2 hours to, well...sky's the limit. Click here to schedule a time for us to connect and talk about it. I am excited to explore all the possibilities - couples who want to reconnect, girlfriends who crave a fun weekend away, corporate leaders who know that the mental health crisis is crushing productivity - joy could be the conduit for leveling it all up. I love this work. I know joy has helped me heal in ways that other modalities could not. I have spent a lifetime seeking calm amidst the chaos and I know for sure joy is a way to navigate back to presence with ease. More presence? Who doesn't want more of that?! xo Gabrielle |

Morning Sunrise, Manasquan, NJ Hey ya'll, How's it going?? Going to stick with this new format to see how it sticks - hope you dig it! MusingsI've been giving a lot of thought to advice I often give clients, friends, my kids, and myself. The advice is "meet yourself where you are!" So what does that mean? Think of it this way. We are naturally goal- and acquisition-oriented. Trying to achieve the next thing, buy the next thing, save for the next thing - then life shakes up our lives with...
Turtle Crossing | Shark River State Park, NJ WHAT IF LIFE WAS JUST A PRACTICE? When I was still offering one-on-one coaching to folks, I would invite them to consider the quote above during the first or second session. So I ask you, what if life was just a practice? Would we take it all so seriously? ------REALITY CHECK I get it - life can be serious, and the world in 2026 can be a very heavy place if you have a soul. The responsibilities of adulthood are not for the weak of heart. But stick...

Thanks for your love and patience. xoG -------------------------------- Hi Friends, I woke up on Tuesday with a heaviness I couldn’t quite explain. I hadn’t slept much the...
